In this coaching relationship, you get to live in the belief that anything is possible for you. We take my experience in public health, research, and corporate leadership + your expertise in YOU and help you increase self-awareness, stop spinning in confusion and self doubt, and get stuff done.
Together, we find out exactly what you want and solve everything that stands in your way of having it. That means that you get to learn about what has stopped you from getting your results in the past, create a plan to solve for them (including getting out of your own way), and show up audaciously in your life no matter what limitations you have.

What happens during our coaching engagement?
You define what you want and value. In our sessions, you get to build skills that will help you know what you want in your life based on your values. Then you will use that as the compass for how you want to live your life.
Learn the skill of mind management. Learn how to manage your thoughts and emotions no matter the circumstance, person, or problem. This is the superpower that will enable your brain to feel less chaotic so that you can show up powerfully in your relationships, and at home, work, and business.
Build your self-confidence. You’ve tried to do all the things and it feels like you take one step forward and two back. This is not a problem. You just haven’t learned the skill of creating your life by having your own back. I teach you a simple process for self-assessment so that you always know exactly what went wrong when you think you mess up, self-correct and keep going for what you want. This is how you create life with intention.
Own your time. The reason you feel like you’re always trying to catch up is that you think you need more hours in the day to do what you want to do. We work together to reframe your perspective around what matters in your life, so that you wake up excited about the life you’re living, no matter what is going on.
Communicate confidently. Manipulating people around you by people-pleasing and yelling are fear-based tactics that break the connection with the people you love. I teach you how to communicate confidently and assertively through curiosity, and healthy boundaries.
What Topics Can Life Coaching Help With?
Life coaching can help you with anything that you think is keeping you stuck. My clients have changed careers, ended toxic relationships, made more money, stopped buffering with emotional eating, gained food freedom and body confidence, prioritized their health and well-being, improved their relationships, and stopped fighting with their children at mealtimes.
What does a typical life coaching session look like? 1-hour sessions are conducted weekly via Zoom or phone. Minimum 3-month commitment.

Why Me As Your Coach?
I have LIVED this transformation. I have also walked dozens of women through it.
In 2015, I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) – only, it wasn’t IBS but my body fighting back from stress after a year of warning me to slow down. I had the dream job and life on paper but I felt empty and unfulfilled. I decided to shift my identity from being a people-pleaser, and started changing my life by creating boundaries that protected me.
Those walls fell when I ended up in the hospital in 2018 from stress-induced heart palpitations. The doctor told me to reduce my stress and all I could think of was, “how?”
I was not doing anything and yet I was stressed out. All the time management tools and #busymomlife hacks could not help me because I was foundationally still hustling for my worth as a mum. I wasn’t showing up in my marriage and motherhood, or being a confident wife and mother. As I reprogrammed my brain, I began creating my life with intention. I stopped trying to find balance and lived by rhythms instead. I stopped seeking all the solutions and focused on what mattered to me. My life became more peaceful and calm. Our lives are still full and exciting and I’m thriving unapologetically. I’ve helped women just like you create their lives with intention.
