In 2015, I struggled with prioritizing myself as a wife and mom. My husband and kids were my priority because I thought that was what would make me loved and accepted...I was wrong. I ended up with stress-induced Irritable Bowel syndrome, which turned out to be a misdiagnosis (phew). And from that moment, I made a vow to myself.
I would do whatever it takes to prioritize my needs, and still have a fun, fulfilling marriage and motherhood experience. And then I'll teach other moms to do the same.
