You probably hear comments like “your child is too fat or skinny” or “did you know that sugar is bad?” or my favourite, “you should give your child more of this food”.

Whether you find yourself having food police thoughts about your own child or are on the receiving end of those kinds of comments from other people, it can leave you feeling stressed. This is especially true if you are trying to raise your child to have a neutral or non-diet relationship with food.
